I enjoyed this story much more than anticipated. Anything that has you, that’s powerful enough to force its way through your daily muddle is a winner for me. I listen to audio books in my car mostly, but this one had me getting out the ear pods at work! I would love to see this convoluted, image heavy story made into a film. It’s subtle nuances, sublime omissions, glissando time slips and gentle to gut wrenching emotional paths seem made for the silver screen.
