Good insight into the “coder” world but hard to get through the hate of and fear mongering against white males and unbalanced examples of abuse on the networks/technology. Abuse is real, to be considered seriously and solutions to be considered. But his solutions are leftist, diversity mythology not based on evidence. It also veers dangerously close to proposing the Left intellectuals should decide who is and is not on platforms or can use the technology. His solutions may be much more dangerous than the problems he is trying to solve. Who decides who is on or off the network? Good discussion and ethical dilemmas to consider. Just be balanced, understand human nature, as the abuse is a human problem, not a left or right problem.
