What could possibly happen next?

This is the third book I’ve read/listened to by this author. All have been in the Shadowmaster series. I must admit, I wondered where this one was going, and then, the book took the usual out-of-nowhere twist. I find these books highly entertaining, clever, and I enjoy the sarcasm. One could be easily offended if this book was not taken as the comedy it is.

This is the fourth book I’ve listened to by this narrator ( Jeffery Kafer ). I could not imagine anyone else narrating these books. He does so well becoming the characters in this book. He hits the ranting sarcasm right on the head. His male and female characters are well done.

There are no explicit sex scenes. There is violence, but not gory. There is plenty of swearing and derogatory comments.
