Former military guy with a pained past fights lots of Appalachian historical figures.There was way more fighting in this book than I anticipated and that makes up the core of the story. The language got a little repetitive r.e. “These are the people Ive sworn to protect” but overall I found this book enjoyable. If you like ex military, sci fi, amd action, then this book is for you.
