Where’s the story?

For how much the MC gets his a** kicked there’s almost no real story, or adventure. It’s a Sisyphian uphill battle of one a** kicking after the next. Then the book ends.

I think this book would be ok if there was some story in there, but there isn’t so it’s not.

Avoid this one imo.

It’s a shame too since the world built around the modernization of cultivation is not terrible.
