What an exciting series, and more than that, an exciting inventive author Mark Goodwin. I know he’s been around for awhile, but I’m just now finding his material. It’s so refreshing to find a book series that uses scripture throughout the book, but is also a good and moving story. The suspense is there! And he doesn’t have to resort to cheap fillers to shock or scare an audience. And there are no zombies!. No doubt the other books are the same way. This is a great, uplifting listen, in spite of the post apocalyptic setting. Kevin Pierce’s narration makes the book!! Thank you.
