Another great novel of what may frighteningly become all too real. Good for Christian minded folk who eschew vulgarity in morals and language. On the other hand, violence in Mark’s novels seems to ratchet up with each succeeding work – as does a certain amount of predictability and the violent/savage behavior of the heroes and heroines, including spiritual leaders. Vengeance is the Lord’s, and it will be a stern test to become and remain clean in the sight of God. I would like to have seen a little more of the hand of God in resolving certain issues and a little less savagery on the part of the protagonists.
