The story took a little longer to hook me. The author reiterates things a little too often. The narrator is a smidge too monotone but she is good. I’d give her 4.5 stars if I could. And the guy narrator… he is a 5 star all the way!
I am completely in love with the characters. It’s a lot of steamy build-up for the two hottest scenes. There is true loss, twists and suspense!
Admittedly, I tear up if I’m really attached to the characters. And I did for this book.
I went to download the next one, even prepared to buy the 3 credit bundle if need be… but it’s not available!!!! I’m bereft. I need to finish this book and I am so spoiled with audible that reading actual books isn’t usually an option. But I will be buying h some paperbacks.
Please continue the audiobooks! I will buy them too. (Same narrators PLEASE!)
