I thoroughly enjoyed the world, characters, and story developed by Aaron Hodges. You’re immediately drawn into the main characters’ struggles and plights, where people fit into the world, and wondering why some dads are just….bad. There are always a few bad apples in everyone’s family right?

The only con for me is David Stifel’s narration. It might just be me, but I don’t feel his narration fit the story. It bothered me from beginning to end, sometimes significantly impacting me to the point of drawing me out of the story, but not so bad as to force me stop listening. I would certainly recommend that you listen to a sample!

Ultimately, the story is entertaining, complete, and full of twists, developments, and engaging characters that kept me entertained until the end. I believe you will enjoy it.
