So far, these books have thoroughly entertained me. The dark humor is right up my alley. The nerdy themes, topics and references speak to me on such a perfect level it’s amazing. I legitimately laugh out loud at the funny situations, and I find myself really excited to find out what happens next.
Sure there are some very adult sexual jokes and actions, but they are always presented with just the right amount of fun, and always with a level of descriptiveness that it doesn’t appear vulgar or “too much”. A lot of other books that attempt this usually come off as actual soft- or hardcore pornography. But not here.
Would definitely recommend! Especially if one is on the nerdy side, and perhaps has a just a tiny bit of what the RPG world is about.
