when I was reading reviews before the book, most mentioned the seemingly random noises that are found in the book. I thought, how bad can it be. My answer, not to bad. It does get annoying when you are trying to listen and some noises come up that make it harder to hear, so it takes some of the quality out. However, it doesn’t happen too much, or for too long to make a huge difference for me. They did an excellent job narrating the book, and even had four narrators for different voices and sounds. Only recommendation from a listener stand point is take out some of the extra noises since I get drawn into the book through the narrator and story and the sounds almost draw me out.
