There was so much technical jargon at the beginning of this book that I considered getting my money back. I stuck with it, however, and got caught up in the characters’ lives. It was hard to put down after awhile, and I was so glad there were 3 books in the set so I could keep hearing more.
The details about guns and ammunition seem unnecessary to me as well as types of currency. But I did enjoy the ideas presented about how to survive in the apocalyptic world. I would’ve liked to hear more from the Christians about their ascent at the rapture. I was so looking forward to that part.
I didn’t like the reader’s female and child voice or Elijah’s, but that wouldn’t keep me from listening to another of his books.
I’m asking for these books to be purchased for my Christian School library.
