If the story were to continue with Frank as the protagonist, I would welcome the change wholeheartedly. Mr. Bagwell managed to develop the weakest, least interesting character in AO into somebody memorable and eye-catching. More significantly, he managed to do so in a side-quest that is arguably better executed than the previous installments. The author has clearly outdone himself here, and I can’t help but look forward to the next book with how Bagwell’s authorship has continued to steadily evolve over time.
