For Ella nobody tells you how awful it is when somebody you love dies. Nobody tells you how long you’ll be in pain. This is how this story begins. We find Ella a famous actress wanting nothing more then to end her pain by taking her own life. Then you have Cam who see’s this “literally” and ends up rescuing said woman. There is an immediate connection between the two and the story goes from there. I love both of these characters and the way the story plays out. Nothing threw out the story seems rushed and It’s definitely a slow burn romance that goes threw its passes. I found that this story hits a lot of truths when it comes to the struggles Ella must go threw to get past such loss. Fortunately for her she has Cam to help her threw…
I without a doubt loved the story when I first read the book. It’s the same with the audiobook. T J Richards also does a wonderful job in narrating this story. She drew me in and kept me into the story to the very end. Bravo to Both Lisa Gold & TJ Richards for putting together an audiobook I will definitely listen to again. 5⭐️
