Looks to be a good quick-read series.

Just finished book 1 – Desert Runner which gave an excellent intro to this LitRPG series. But this is definitely not your typical LitRPG.

The main character in this story is a self-aware NPC that does not care for “Visitors.”

Makes for an interesting twist and so far a great story.

Andrea Parsneau did an excellent job narrating this book. There was one point she went into hyper-drive but other than that was a great listen.

I will be reading more in this series.
