I’m a fan of this type of fiction (Reading Simon R Green and Jim Butcher) and I like the novels in this series, however; they seem less polished. I think E. A. Copen has untapped potential, I hope it comes through in the next book.
Travis Baldree, on the other hand, is the perfect person to narrate this series and really draws me in, where the story lacks, he makes up for it.
