An interesting and wild ride that I believe most sci-fi fans will enjoy.

Colrain writes a believable story about how the world might react to having beings who are technologically superior attack our planet. He writes the tale from the perspective of one man, doing the best he can, as he is gifted something powerful and then must learn how to use it.

I enjoyed that the story spent a lot of time dealing with people and not just the technology though Colrain does a wonderful job spoon-feeding the awesomeness to the reader.

Andrew Tell does a great job reading the story. I am not familiar with Tell’s work, but he does a good job. There are some rough spots and his reading is a little monotoned but i enjoyed it. My thoughts were that he sounded new to narrating. I think once he has a chance to get a few projects under his belt he will be an excellent narrator.
