Good example of a good sci-fi military story.

Loved the story overall.
Narrator was great, but at times didn’t fit.
the interactions between Jacob, and the other characters, wish the lieutenant commander was allowed to make a bit more of an influence. But allowed Jacob to develop his character in a good way.

Hopefully in the next one the team bonds more, develops together more, but doesn’t lose any new members too soon, or one from this book, until both the readers, and the characters build a more meaningful connection with them.
To make such a lost even more impactful.
