I’ve listened to this audiobook two or three times in the past five years. Each time, I’ve been so captivated by the story that I’ve immediately gone searching for more books by Gary Provost.
The way he tells Dee’s story is compelling, and full of empathy and compassion. He lets us see the human being behind the crime. I really feel like I’ve had a glimpse into her life and her mind.
And the audiobook is made perfect by the narrator, Kevin Pierce. To me, he is the ultimate narrator, and I wish all audiobooks could be narrated by him!
I would recommend this book for all true crime fans.
