A continuation of the series Legend of the Gods. This edition covers Alana, her brother, Braidon, Devon and Kellian as the main characters. One finds that they are descendants of the gods and have different roles in trying to overthrow the Tsar. Alana has problems with her heredity as she makes herself an amnesiac to escape her father. Her brother, Braidon, has problems with his confidence in his magic. They learn their heritage and decide on how to address it. An interesting story with a cliffhanger.
The narration is topnotch as the narrator superbly uses different voices for the various characters.
