I was happily surprised by this series. The narrator is really good.
I felt like I could have fallen in love with Shadow. He was so sweet and innocent and he was trying so hard to learn. He let his emotions show and wasn’t afraid to do so.
My favorite moment in the book came when Shadow showed Gray how much he loved him when he took control when Gray had trouble doing what the Club required (trying not to give anything away). I dare anyone to not fall in love with Shadow at that moment.
Hearing the vulnerable sides of these bad ass guys is a plus for me.
You won’t waste your credits by getting the series.
