There is a reason this book is so highly rated, it’s because it is literary gold. Jeff Hays was superb as always; the MC was interesting and developed with the story. In addition, the plot was dynamic instead of the usual linear plot you see in LitRPG. If I was to be exceptionally critical, the MC was a little overpowered, but not obscenely so. My only real complaint is there is no sequel (and I have been waiting and watching for well over a year), it appears the author has given up on writing. Which is a shame because this book was one one of the best in the LitRPG genre. Fingers crossed Mr. Terzini is just a recluse and is diligently working on a sequel!
