What an incredible follow up this book was to My Life as A Country Album. You could definitely listen to this on its own however it will mean more and hit your heart more if you read this after. Sarah Puckett put so much life into these characters and their story of finding each other. Her inflections and tone truly made me one with each of the characters.
And the story — while I was not wrecked like I had been from the prior book this book was something that went straight to my heart. I found myself smiling and smirking with the banter and sarcasm between the characters. Their story line truly was an adventure that filled my heart and gave me so many life lessons to apply to my real life. This story was just another magical experience.
