The story plot was interesting, but was somewhat predictable and the plot progression seemed forced at certain points. The voice performances were stilted and you can tell that they are just reading from a script, very little inflection or emotion actually comes through. While the actual plot is intriguing, the story loses some bite because there is no actual danger to the characters; if they screw up they just re-spawn and go again. Combat feels slow and plodding and I quickly lost interest in the encounters.

The ending was predictable and left quite a bit to be desired. It makes it difficult to form a connection with the characters or the world. Overall, I somewhat regret spending a credit on this book.
