This is an OK if disjointed outline of the career of a demented, insatiable killer. The lack of police interest in reported missing child cases no doubt emboldened him in his pursuit of ever more young victims.
Author Olsen’s flowery purple prose could have used a sharp red pencil.
Narrator Kevin Pierce is, as always, in top form.
