This was a great MC story. I was heartbroken for Ever so many times through this book. The guys in the story were mostly typical MC guys but there were a few exceptions. I adored Ever’s step-mother, she was a true mom. Her sister was a bit off putting but I think will grow up well. Her brother and dad….well that’s a huge part of the story.
Deklan was wonderful! He stood up to his family, real and MC about what they had done to Ever and never backed down. The narrator did a great job giving all the characters a voice and I loved the back and forth between Ever and Deklan’s points of view. I thought it was great that she didn’t run back to the guy that broke her heart and was horrid to her. Overall, I loved it.
