I won’t repeat what everyone else is saying; in short, I like the book. However, the narrator is very slow and his default voice is exceedingly boring. I’ve been getting 2 books a month for 9 years and he is by far the most boring narrator I’ve ever heard. I’m forced to speed up the playback to 1.25x speed just to avoid wanting to throw myself into traffic. I never increase playback speed, so for me that was a big act of desperation. It’s my own fault since i didn’t sample the audio before purchasing, but I ended up liking the book regardless.
