I like the concept of this story, but it’s not very fun. The main character starts off in the underworld, where everything is grey, everyone is a slave, and the people in power are all basically copies of Hillary Clinton or Kim Jong Un.
Lots of talk and “beating of the dead horse” about slavery. Like Edward wants us to focus on how bad slavery is, instead of character development or the main story. Thank you Edward, We all understand how bad slavery is. It’s just super distracting from the story.
also, everyone is basically an ass hole. even the people that he is supposed to be working with. It sort of sucks the fun out of playing the game when you can’t share advise or information to grow, with the people you’re in a party with cause you and everyone else is so paranoid about the others betraying them and stabbing them in the back. It basically makes a MMO into a one player game.
I would be much more interested in this story, if it had better characters.
