This story brought me back to where I thought it would be. Crazy powers, new subjects, and a twist. Granted, I just read through the series on Kindle Unlimited, so I’ll try to remember where it left off in Book 3.
Basically, at this point, you should already either be hooked or looking for a reason to leave. The former is more likely than the latter, and with the little twist, it adds so much more to the story. Ultimately, this is the book that hooked me and kept me invested in the series.
As always, there are sensual/sexual things in this book, but I usually just hit the skip button over that. You’ll have to read someone else’s review of those parts. They are filler to me.
Overall, this book was great. Kept me engaged all the way through and his meta-writing technique is unique enough that it had me chuckling to myself and shaking my head. Great writing style and great book.
