This is the kind of story that introduces you to an author and now your hooked. This book had me smiling, fanning myself, and occasionally looking around to make sure no one could hear my headphones from just how steamy it got. But it was so incredibly good. The characters were so well written. Even the villian was so well done that I hated him just as much as our hero and heroine did. And of course I loved that our leading man has brothers I get to look forward to getting their own books later.
The narration on this was everything I’ve come to love from Sarah Puckett. Lots of emotion in all the right places. A fantastic female and male tone. She’s one of those narrators I am perfectly happy with single narration because she pulls off both so well.
Over all this a great story and a great listen. I absolutely plan to listen to more C.A. Harms in future.
