Part of me wished I had a physical copy just so I could follow along with the stats, but Jeff Hays did an amazing job of entrapping me in the story. I’ve already purchased Book 2, and it’s the best audible I’ve traded a credit in for yet. There is quite a bit of buildup and necessary description that does seem tiresome in the first 3 hours — but when the story takes off .. it quite literally takes off.
