I read Rush years ago when it was first released as an ebook. I’m really not surprised that I loved it even more as an audiobook… I attribute that to the fantastic narration by Sarah Puckett. Miss Puckett is a great narrator and I’m just thrilled when I see her name on an audiobook. I’m not even bothered that there’s no Male narration for Ashton. I tend to prefer my sexes narrated by the said sex. However, Miss Puckett is talented and is able to portray both men and females alike, enjoyable. I’ll be honest, I’m generally a bit picky when it comes to the male/female narration but I totally dig Puckett’s performance.

The storyline is great! I couldn’t help but be absorbed in it quickly. Kinsley is on the run from a troubled, tumultuous past. She’s full of fire and ice but also she’s loyal and loving. To Ashton, it’s obvious she’s tired. He didn’t stand a chance when he could be her knight in shining armor. Great story full of heat, love, friendship, and some added in suspense for good measure!
