I was gifted this audio ARC for a honest and unbiased review from the author/narrator.

Aaron Hodges did an ok job writing this first part of the series. The backstory was a bit long winded and I feel that once you get through it the rest of the book is a sail through. The one thing it reminds me of is Lord of the Rings and that is a good thing.

David Stifel did a good job bringing the story together. There were a couple of spots that weren’t great but I’ll forgive that as the rest was good

I recommend this audio book to you especially if you like LOTR.
