I enjoyed this book. I feel like it has some good high points, but there are some low points as well. I enjoyed the events taking place around the dungeon. The pacing of this book seems a touch slow and there wasn’t too much believable conflict. There is conflict, but it feels forced in some circumstances. I’m hoping that there is a bigger arch to the next story. This one falls flat if you’re expecting the same level of struggle the first book produces.
