The narrator was overall pretty good. The actual story was great. The characters were mostly likable, but not very well fleshed out, and the main character was a little too whiney.. I felt like there were a lot of plot holes, and the lbgt was just kind of inserted. Thankfully it doesn’t detract too much from the story itself.
I feel like the books were written purely for the entertainment of the author. Perhaps some of the main character’s history and personality quirks are based on the author?
Anyways, it helped me kill a few hours of driving, so I can’t complain too much.
