This book had all the feels. Romance and a bit of drama. I laughed and cried. My heart hurt at times. It was such a lovely story. There were even some heated smexy times in there that were awesome.
I feel like this story was so well written. A gay man feeling ostracized by his family and switched at birth. Wow. The best friend and the love of his life. I loved how it all came together. The way all of the characters’ personalities evolved throughout the story.
I imagined as I was listening to this that I would feel the same way as Israel. The narrator really made you feel his Iss’s despair. His performance was awesome. I can’t wait to listen to more books performed by him.
This is my first book from this author and now as with most things I like, it will become an obsession of mine to read more titles by him.
