While I’ve listened to other books read by Jeffrey Kafer (and enjoyed them), this was my first experience with Jeremy Robinson.
Space Force was fantastic! It made fun of some real world concepts and played out this scenario in an entertaining and engaging way.
I became invested in the characters, and felt that they were relatable… folks I’d like to hang out with some time! The audiobook performers did a great job bringing them to life.
I found myself thinking of Ernest Cline’s “Armada” and John Scalzi’s “Redshirts”. These are authors that I read everything they publish. Throw in a bit of David Wongs light-hearted storytelling style from “John Dies at the End” to make this a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I will absolutely look for more from Jeremy Robinson.
