This is definitely a lighthearted and fun romp. Don’t go into it expecting a deep literary tale or you will be disappointed. If you’re looking for something interesting that is like listening to a funky video game, then this is great. It has characters that are interesting and fun to follow as well as an interesting concept. I thoroughly enjoyed the first book and just purchased the second and third to continue listening.
