The Cozy Corgi is open for business!

Now that The Cozy Corgi bookstore is open, Fred and her pup, Watson, are busy supplying her patrons with books and a pleasant atmosphere. Meanwhile, Katie, owner of the bakery upstairs, provides delicious treats, humorous conversation, and friendship. Katie finds herself catering for the the exclusive Feathered Friends Brigade. A midwinter hike leads to the unfortunate murder of a Brigade member. Fred and Watson step up to help solve the mystery.

This is the second book in this series that I’ve listened to. I like how Fred has grown and progressed into the owner of a successful business. I like the companion characters that populate the town.

I find the narrator sounds a bit young. (Fred is supposed to be in her late 30s.) However, the narrator does a great job.
