not a lot of new things… it sets up for further books as well as ties other books by the same author into the same universe…
not bad, just not a lot of significance happens that need an entire book…
but then I might have missed several things that only gain significance in the next book…
I’m still happy with the series and looking forward to the next one…
as to narration.
honestly this is one of the more bland performances by SBT…
it’s perfectly acceptable, and as the 4 stars show, far above average…
I’ve just seen (well heard) what they CAN do when they can to bring their best…
a great listen…
I’ve simply heard better from the team in the past and don’t want them to slip as they move to set a new standard for the industry
