Wow. Never read anything from this author before, but Joel Leslie is my FAVORITE narrator, so I thought I’d give this a try. Frankly, he could probably read the phone book and make it interesting.
The snark between Felix and Lane is laugh-out-loud hilarious. I don’t mean that in a facetious way; I literally had to stop eating or drinking anything for risk of choking. It’s good dialog brought to life by a talented narrator. There is humor, action, mystery and slow-burning romance. This duo will be an instant-purchase for me.
