Don’t Go In The Basement!

You know when you are watching a scary movie and the stupid teenager goes into the basement and you shout at the tv, “Don’t go in the basement.” or “Look out behind you.” That is how this entire story was for me. The characters seemed to stupid to have survived. Only two characters deserved to live through the crisis. I will not listen to the remaining books in the series.

Having said that, there were lessons to be learned. A listener who is new to the genre might learn a few things.
