The Shadow Master or Shadow Jack or Julie as his sister calls him. Is a Villain advisor, advising other villains. Its pretty obvious from the beginning that he’s going to be betrayed. If anything it was predictable listen as he played with the standard fantasy tropes and turns them to his advantage. That’s not to say it wasn’t funny. His receptionist is probably the most fun character as he is a bit afraid of her with good reason. The ending twist of who was the ultimate betrayer was nice but I kinda thought that was where it was heading but it was nice to see how it played out. I do hope there is a sequel as I would spend a credit for it. Its nice lite reading and sometimes that’s just what I need!!!
