The third entry in the series made me laugh, cringe, and shake my head in disbelief, just as the others. If you’ve listened this far in the series, you’re well aware of the obscene, lewd, and disturbing nature of our favorite box and its companions, so if that’s what you want, this will satisfy your expectations. Some plot elements are more vile than others, but that’s to be expected in a story that doesn’t just cross lines, it destroys them.

The performance – voices and effects – are done well and fit the characters. The story maintains a reasonable balance between adventure and stats. The character progression brings few surprises, but is believable and satisfying. While the party is rather overpowered, Boxy continues to abuse clever mechanics rather than just having easy, massive advantages that others in the world wouldn’t have.
