This book is one that at times can be hard to listen to. You may think how could this have happened without anyone knowing, but if you know the culture in these communities it makes perfect sense. This predator tripped across the best setting ever to play out his schemes. It was like having the wolf move into the hen house. Such a tragedy! I almost didn’t read this book, but I feel that we all learn something from everything we read (even if it is just that we never want to read about that subject again) and there were little things throughout this book that did teach me. It is a hard read about a hard subject matter. If you are sensitive to this subject, do not get this book. It doesn’t get any easier. But, on the other hand, if you want to learn about how someone gets away with things like this, this book will be very enlightening.
