Here we are, a year after the outbreak, and things aren’t slowing down. Sgt Hale and his group are trying to survive any way they can, but when they are sent to get much needed medical supplies, secrets, lies and betrayals are unveiled. Meanwhile Mr Black is after the rumoured cure and will do anything to get it! He sends out Mercenaries with the orders to kill any and everyone who gets in the way.
The action never stops in this edition. There seems to be rumour going around of a possible cure and everyone wants a bit of it. Mr Black is the only one willing to do anything to get it!! This goes back and forth between Mr Black, Sgt Hales’ group and the Corporal Jefferson whom survives the attack to get the vaccine. I loved that we got to see everything that was going down with each group. It’s non stop for each of them and I couldn’t stop reading!
Andrew B. Wehrlen was, once again, amazing. He was clear and easy to listen to. He gave each character their own personality, and he even had a good Irish accent, 😉 Well, I think it was Irish anyway!!
