To clarify i didnt finish this book but the beginning was just too religious for me. Im not against it but this wasnt what i wanted to sign up for and i wasnt really enjoying it. I was hoping for some gritty end of the world survival type book and instead got started off with a heavily religious influenced story. I really just found myself desperately hoping for their world to end and for the violent chaos to start, only to be disappointed again with the following chapter. Maybe it gets to that point but i didnt make it. If youre like me and not really into the whole god thing i would pass on this one and find one with more… sinning i guess.
