Young Chase Baker book 1 was a very fun and adventurous ride. The characters are fun and inventive. The story flowed very well with rarely a dull moment. The story was fleshed out well and the created a sense of urgency for the characters. Twigs was funny with “The Claw” and the trio were very well formed.
The story was creative and funny with a lot of action and some twists and turns along the way. Very good start to a new young adult series based on Zandri’s great characters.
Andrew Wehrlen was awesome. He has such a great chemistry with the audiobook format. He is able to bring the pages of the story to life. He sounds genuinely excited when narrating as though he would not want to be anywhere else.
