If you love a book with lots of action that moves along at a fast pace then this book will tick those boxes for you, a crazy drug dealer and a storm of the century combine to create a pressure cooker environment.
The main characters are really well done, they’re easy to like and I couldn’t help but want them the succeed. In contrast the bad guys were a bit of a stereotype and were a bit one dimensional for most of the book, that changed a bit towards the end.
Overall, it’s well written, fast paced and I listened to it all in one day because it kept me wanting to know what would happen next.
The narration is well done, great character voices and a dynamic delivery that matched the action in the book.
